In Arizona, getting a termite pretreatment done for any addition or remodel where soil is exposed is mandatory.  Things like room additions or cutouts should be treated before pouring the new concrete

Residential & Commercial

We do termite pretreats for both residential and commercial construction.  The process for treatment is usually the same - before the new concrete is poured we treat the soil with termiticide to protect the structure from termites.
